Veranda Laguna is an, upscale, contemporary waterfront home situated on the calm Gulf waters of Little Lagoon and across the street and two lots down from deeded Gulf beach access. It has a spacious 4500 sq ft, an elevator, six bedrooms with private baths, gourmet kitchen, heated pool, and pier with dock. The scale, beauty, and amenities of Veranda Laguna are suitable for weddings and other special events.
Veranda Laguna can be combined with its sister beach house, The Veranda, a Gulf front 10 bedroom house across the street. This combination provides both Gulf and Lagoon front access, two heated pools, parking for 20+ cars, and sleeping for a total of 46+ in 16 bedrooms. A minimum stay of 4 nights is required most of the year, with a 7-night, Saturday-to-Saturday stay required during summer.
Veranda Laguna cancellation policy:
Cancel with refund up to 90 days before arrival date with exception of $100 cancellation fee.
Balance is due 90 days before arrival date.

Accidental Damage Protection: $55
