The main floor begins with a great room that spans the width of the house and offers nearly floor to ceiling views of the sea and sand. This space is perfect for gathering the whole group together for dining or entertainment with a dining table and extra bar seating and a spacious seating area with a smart TV respectively. The large kitchen comes stocked with 2 full refrigerators, an oven and range, a dishwasher, an undercounter ice maker, drip and Keurig coffee makers, lots of counter space, and everything else you’ll need to prepare and serve meals for the whole family. There are also 2 King bedrooms each of which has an adjoining bathroom, one of which opens to the hall for added usability. Finally, a large laundry room rounds out the floor.
Upstairs, on the top floor you'll find 4 bedrooms. First, this floor boasts a beachfront Primary King bedroom with a Twin Daybed and Trundle, direct access to a large beachfront porch, and a deluxe private bathroom with a double vanity, bathtub, and separate shower. Next is a bedroom with a pair of Queen beds and a private bathroom. Finally are two Queen bedrooms, one of which has an adjoining bathroom with hall access for use by the other.
Outside, you’ll find plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sea breeze and Gulf views across 2 floors of beachfront porches. The porch directly off the great room also boasts space for al fresco dining which is further enhanced by a charcoal grill on the ground floor. Alongside this is more shaded space to relax and dine ensuring you have everything you’ll need for the perfect cookout or beachside barbecue. Finally, just a few steps over the dunes lies your own beautiful stretch of private sugar-white sand beach, and an outdoor shower ensures that when you return it's easy to wash the sand away and get back to relaxing quickly.
Located just 2.6 miles west of Gulf Shores Pkwy in the West Beach area of Gulf Shores, you’ll be just moments away from all the restaurants and attractions the town has to offer. On top of that, you are just a couple minutes walk away from Lagoon Park Place, a perfect place to see the wildlife of the Gulf Coast and enjoy the intertwining waters of the Gulf and Little Lagoon.
This property is not available for rental to groups under the age of 25 or for bachelor or bachelorette parties. For Music Festival dates, a refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required to ensure the property is maintained as expected.
