Lemonade Stand is a wonderful beach house perfect for gatherings with 13 bedrooms and 13 full baths accommodating up to 36 guests. It also features a private pool heatable from October to May for an additional $60 per day, an elevator, and various places to relax from an expansive living room and dining room to poolside decks and an intimate family room. The luxury finish of porches across every floor of the house also provide for stunning views of both the Gulf and Little Lagoon.

The lower floor features a selection of 5 bedrooms. These include 2 King bedrooms which directly access the poolside porch and deck, a King and Queen bedroom both with Daybeds and Trundles and access to beachview private porches, and a final King bedroom in the center of the floor. All of these have en suite bathrooms. The floor is complemented by a family room with a smart TV which serves as an intimate gathering space. The floor is complete with 2 laundry areas for added convenience.
On the main floor, you'll find generous living spaces. The east side features a large living room with ample seating, while the west side offers a dining area with 3 large tables. The 2 side-by-side kitchens are fully-equipped with 2 refrigerators, 2 beverage coolers, 2 undercounter ice machines, 2 double ovens, 4 dishwashers, drip and Keurig coffee makers, and everything else needed to prepare and serve meals for large groups. This floor also features 2 King bedrooms with private bathrooms and direct access to private porches overlooking the pool. There are also 2 hall half baths on this floor.
The top floor rounds out the sleeping accommodations with 6 bedrooms. These include 2 King bedrooms with daybeds and access to poolside private porches, 2 King bedrooms with Daybeds and Trundles and access to private beachview porches, and 2 Queen bedrooms in the center, each with a private bath. Usability and convenience is added by 2 additional laundry areas on the floor.
Outside, Lemonade Stand features a large private pool with plenty of lounge chairs, and an outdoor shower makes going from pool to house easy. This pool is directly adjoined by the poolside porches and deck with space for al fresco dining and relaxation. Under the house, there is a spacious covered gathering space with charcoal grills and 4 12' picnic tables for more gathering and dining space. The beach is accessible a mere 3-5 min walk west at the 12th Street public beach access which also has nearby parking, outdoor showers, and a public restroom. Beach essentials like sand chairs and wagons are also provided for your convenience.
Located directly across from the beach in West Beach, just 2 miles west of Hwy 59. It's conveniently close to local restaurants and shops, and only half a block from Waves Market and Beach House Kitchen & Cocktails.
This property is not available for rental to groups under the age of 25 or for bachelor or bachelorette parties. The house is also Pet-friendly, allowing up to 2 dogs for an additional fee of $290 each. For Music Festival dates, a refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required to ensure the property is maintained as expected.
