Dream Big, located directly across from the beach, features a large private pool, heatable from October to May for an additional $60 per day, and an elevator alongside 12 bedrooms, each equipped with a TV, and 10 bathrooms comfortably accommodating 24-36 guests. Originally built as a duplex, Dream Big has been transformed with an open main floor featuring a large living room and dining area, which gives the house a mix of expansive common areas for togetherness and smaller spaces for intimate gatherings. This is complemented by private bedrooms that offer adjoining baths and porches for quiet and privacy.

The lower floor is split into 2 halves with similar accommodations in both. Each side features 2 King bedrooms, for a total of 4. 2 of these bedrooms face south towards the beach and are complemented by a Twin daybed and Twin Trundle, adjacent hall bathrooms, and direct access to a porch. The 2 north-facing bedrooms, one of which has a Twin daybed, feature attached bathrooms and easy access to the pool via the porch. 2 family rooms provide extra space for gathering and flexibility, and 2 laundry rooms add everyday convenience.
The middle floor serves as the main living area, anchored by an expansive living and dining space. These spaces are augmented by a 2-section kitchen featuring 4 dishwashers, 2 ice makers, 2 full refrigerators, 2 ovens, and drip and Keurig coffee makers. This makes sure the fully-stocked kitchen has all the essentials for multitasking and preparing and serving large meals for the whole group. 2 King bedrooms on this level, one of which includes a daybed, have direct access to the porch overlooking the pool each and feature an accompanying bathroom.
The top floor is split into 2 halves connected by a central hallway, and it rounds out the sleeping accommodations with 6 bedrooms. 2 King bedrooms, one with a daybed, overlook the pool with access to the porch and have private bathrooms. One more King bedroom and a Queen bedroom, each with a daybed and trundle, feature direct access to a private beach-view porch and shared bathrooms. The final Queen bedrooms share bathrooms with the beachfront rooms. 2 more laundry rooms add convenience on this floor.
The outdoor area centers on a large private pool with plenty of lounge chairs and tables for dining. This pool is directly adjoined by the poolside porches great for relaxation and enjoying the breeze. An outdoor shower makes it easy to go from house to pool and back. Under the house, there is a spacious covered gathering space with charcoal grills, picnic tables, and bar seating for more gathering and dining space in the shade. The beach is accessible a mere 3-5 min walk west at the 13th Street public beach access which also has nearby parking, outdoor showers, and a public restroom. Beach essentials like sand chairs and wagons are also provided for your convenience.
Located in family-friendly West Beach, Dream Big is 2.3 miles west of Hwy 59. It's conveniently close to restaurants, shops, and attractions while being away from condos and crowds. Beach access is mere minutes away down the block at 13th Street.
This property is not available for rental to groups under the age of 25 or for bachelor or bachelorette parties. College groups are permitted but please note, a faculty advisor or coach is required. The house is also Pet-friendly, allowing up to 2 dogs for an additional fee of $290 each. For Music Festival dates, a refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required to ensure the property is maintained as expected.
