Our beautiful 17th floor unit has breathtaking views of the gulf and orange beach pass.  You can enjoy the convenience of grilling on the balcony with your own private gas grill or chilling in your own priviate hot tub!

Our unit also includes:

King beds in the master and 2nd guest bedroom, 2 queens in the 3rd bedroom and a pull out sleeper in the den.

Private bathroom for each bedroom and additional 1/2 bath in the common area.

Wet bar includes built in wine fridge and ice machine and sink.

Wireless internet

Flat screen TVs in every room including the master bath, kitchen!

Spacious laundry room equipped with front loading washer and dryer and large sink, perfect for storing sandy beach items

Minimum age to rent condo is 25 and someone 25 or older must stay at the unit for the duration of the reservation.

  • PARKING: $50/pass/stay (limit 2) due prior to arrival. 3rd pass can be purchased. 
  • $250 refundable deposit due and is refundable after your stay. 
  • Final balance due 60 days prior to arrival.  
  • Check is preferred for final balance. Credit cards can be accepted through PayPal for an additional 3% processing charge (fee not applicable for the $250 deposit)
  • NO traveling singles under 25 years old, NO parties and NO pets.
