Payment Notes
*In addition to lodging, there is a $150 cleaning fee and 13% tax. Consider buying travel insurance from a third party. If your arrival date is within 45 days of booking, all charges are due at booking. Either mail a check to our home address or I can bill through PayPal. If using PayPal, a 3% convenience fee is added.
*We offer layaway for stays booked well in advance of the arrival date. The down payment is based on the total owed. After the initial down payment, guests can pay as they wish. We require the entire balance be paid at least 45 days prior to the stay.
