This gulf front spacious unit has 2 bedrooms/2 baths located directly on the beach.  Located on the first floor (ground floor parking), this level gives a beautiful view of the white sandy beach and blue gulf water.  Both the living room and master bedroom have access to the scenic view balcony through regular walk-through doors for added safety.  This unit has all the ammenties for cooking within the condo while dining in or out on the balcony with a beautiful view.  Sea-n-Suds restaurant is directly next door for dining out convenience.  Boardwalk is 1/2 mile east of Hwy 59 placing it in the heart of Gulf Shores where all the festivals (Shrimp Festival and Hangout Music Festival), restaurants, shops, and other entertainment are within walking and biking distance.  Both sidewalks and bike lanes located on street in front of condo.  This unit was renovated in November 2010 with new cabinets, new appliances, and all floors covered in porcelain tile.  The unit was totally re-painted and re-decorated in April 2019.  Ceiling fans in both bedrooms and living room.  Free Wi-Fi internet and high definition TVs located through-out.  The unit is strictly NO PETS and NO SMOKING (including balcony which is mandated by Gulf Shores city ordinance).  We have minimum 25 years of age restriction on renters.  Information and pricing for beach umbrella/chair rentals during your stay can be found at Suncoast Beach Service (251-968-2466).
