Payment Notes
We accept payment thru Paypal (you pay using your credit card.) I require a photo of a photo ID and your credit card. The name on the credit card, ID, and signature on the rental contract must match.
We also accept personal checks, if there is time for the check to clear the bank before your arrival (usually at least 20 days in advance of arrival.)
BUILDING POLICY: rentals cannot be made to persons under the age of 25.
