Payment Notes
A 30% deposit is required to make a reservation. Final payment is due 30 days before your stay. All money is 100% refundable until 30 days prior to reservation. During summer months, Saturday to Saturday reservation required. NO pets.
*** During the COA meeting in January 2020 the Turquoise Place homeowners and also the board of directors decided to implement a new parking pass fee bylaw for all rentals starting May 1, 2020. The cost of the parking passes will be $40 per pass plus lodging tax and must be paid to the COA at the check in desk upon arrival. ***
