Payment is accepted by check, money order, credit card or venmo.  A $200 refundable deposit holds your reservation.  Thirty days prior to arrival, the rental fee is due.  After check out, the $200 deposit is returned. 

All of the details are explained in a rental agreement which I will email to you once your reservation is made.
