Lighthouse 1813 offers monthly snowbird rentals during the winter season, typically November through mid-March.

Important Information Before Booking
We want every guest to have a wonderful vacation experience! Please take a moment to review the following information before making your reservation.
Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and must remain at the property throughout the entire reservation. Reservations made by individuals under the age of 25 are not permitted.
Rental Agreement & Identification: All reservations require a signed rental agreement and a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID before check-in instructions and door access codes will be provided.
Check-In: 4:00 PM
Check-Out: 10:00 AM
Parking: Lighthouse requires a parking fee of $50 per vehicle. Beginning January 1, 2027, this fee will increase to $60 per vehicle. Parking fees are separate from the rental rate and are subject to condominium association policies.
Starter Supplies: To help you get settled, Coastal South Vacation Rentals provides complimentary starter supplies, including:
- Toilet paper in each bathroom
- Travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap
- Paper towels
- Dishwasher detergent
- Laundry detergent
- Dish soap
- Kitchen trash bags
- Sponge and dish towel
These supplies are intended to get your vacation started and are not replenished throughout your stay.
Linens & Towels: Fresh bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, hand towels, and bath mats are provided for your stay. Beach towels are not provided, so please plan to bring your own.
Housekeeping: The condo is professionally cleaned and inspected before your arrival. Daily housekeeping and mid-stay linen exchanges are not included.
