The Space

The King master bedroom offers comfortable accommodations and includes a stacked washer and dryer for added convenience. Please note there is a slight step down when entering the master bedroom. The guest bedroom features a queen bed, ideal for couples or additional guests. The living room includes a sleeper sofa to bring total occupancy to six. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals and includes everything you need except a dishwasher.

Both bedrooms and the living room are equipped with smart TVs, allowing guests to log in to their own streaming services during their stay.

Pet Friendly

Koastal Kait welcomes up to two well-behaved dogs. Guests traveling with pets must follow all Coastal South Vacation Rentals pet policies. Please inquire for details prior to booking.

Outdoor Living

Guests have access to a charcoal grill for casual cookouts.

The highlight of the property is the shared rooftop observation deck. This deck is accessible to both the upstairs and downstairs units and features polywood seating and loungers. Enjoy elevated views of the Gulf shimmering between nearby condo buildings — a unique and memorable gathering space.

The Beach

Beach access could not be easier. Simply step outside, stroll about 100 feet to the crosswalk, and head straight across East Beach Boulevard to the sugary white sands of Gulf Shores. Most guests are on the beach in under two minutes.

This home is part of a two-unit beach house. The upstairs unit, Elegant Emersyn, can be rented separately or together with Koastal Kait. Renting both units allows larger families or groups to stay together while still enjoying separate living spaces.
