Welcome to our beautifully updated 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo in Orange Beach—perfect for families, couples, or a fun getaway with friends. Comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests, the space also includes a sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress for added comfort.

Our condo sits just one row back from the beach and offers direct beach access—simply head down the steps, cross the quiet beach lane, and your toes are in the sand! Enjoy partial Gulf views from the private balconies off the master bedroom and living room.

Inside, you’ll find wood-look flooring, granite countertops, and stylish, updated furnishings throughout. We provide everything you need for a low-stress vacation, including beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, coolers, sand toys, and more—less to pack, more to enjoy!

With only 33 units in the building, you won’t have to deal with elevator waits or crowds. In fact, the beach in front of our building is typically quieter since there are no high-rises directly next door.

Conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping—including the Tanger Outlets in Gulf Shores—there’s something for everyone. Explore local state parks, nature preserves with bike trails, water parks, arcades, a zoo, dolphin cruises, and more. Orange Beach is full of family-friendly fun and outdoor adventure—no one will be bored!

Each of us is responsible for protecting and preserving it, and the cities of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach strive to provide a safe, clean, family-friendly environment for everyone visiting. To help you do your part, here are some tips for enjoying our coast responsibly, along with some rules, regulations and resources.

Beach Rules & Regulations
The following are regulated by local, state or federal laws or ordinances that are enforced on our beaches. Enjoying our coastline responsibly ensures a more positive experience for you and helps ensure the safety of all our visitors and the sustainability of our natural resources.

Any structures or equipment left on the beach an hour after sunset will be removed and disposed of by beach patrol (except for permitted beach services).
Individual lodging properties and land owners may allow tents and shelters in designated areas during the day. Learn the rules for your stretch of beach.

These items are not allowed on our beaches:

• Glass containers
• Metal shovels or excessive digging
• Litter
• Tents or structures larger than 10' X 10'
• Overnight camping
• Fireworks
• Loud Music
• Fires
• Pets
• Vehicles

Keep off the dunes.
Staying off the dunes will help us to preserve our dune system and the habitat it provides. Use beach walkovers and boardwalks where provided.
Observe and obey the Beach Warning Flag System. Double red flags mean the waters are closed for your safety.
Be respectful of private property beyond the bounds of your lodging property.
