The Space​
You will receive your unique door code prior to your arrival for seamless entry. 8 person maximum allowed to stay overnight (2 years and under do not count against 8 person maximum). The condo complex will not allow entry into the units if you have more than 8 persons upon check-in.
Guest Access
Circle drive way is available to unload vehicles. Conveniently next to the elevators with carts there to help make less trips! The condo association does charge for parking due to limited parking at Orange Beach and the onsite security that Romar Place provides to our guests. Guests are limited to 2 vehicles and will have to pay $50 per vehicle for the duration of your stay. We do not receive any of this parking fee as your host and we do not control this cost.

Other things to note
Possession and usage of Marijuana or any illegal drug in the State of Alabama is a felony that is strictly enforced at Romar Place. There are no exceptions. The property and on-site security has no tolerance for this behavior and will notify Orange Beach Police immediately.
