Halekai is an expansive and beautifully appointed 12 bedroom, 13.5 bath beachfront house. This newly redesigned home features a private pool heatable from October to May for an additional $60 per day, an elevator, a show-stopping kitchen, wraparound decks, and many more luxuries besides. Accommodating up to 42 guests, bring the entire family and then some - everyone sleeps under one roof with lots of private baths, 2 primary suites and plenty of places for the kids.

The main floor is the center of it all. There is a massive living room and kitchen centered around a fireplace with dining room and extra living space flanking. The kitchen boasts 2 full refrigerators, a pair of ovens, an undercounter ice maker, 3 dishwashers, drip and Keurig coffee makers, and all the essentials to prepare and serve meals for the largest of groups. A media room with an attached secondary full-equipped kitchen and a bonus living room ensure there is space for all to gather for entertainment. There are 3 dining tables plus bar stool seating for 12 so everyone can sit in the main part of the house for meals. This floor also has a Primary King suite with a luxurious private bath with a double vanity, a soaker tub, and a shower. There are also 2 King bedrooms, one on the beachside and another with lagoon views, both with private bathrooms. The beachside King bedroom is handicap accessible. All bedrooms have direct access to the deck. The floor is complete with a full bath and a half bath alongside a laundry room.
The middle floor contains the lion’s share of the sleeping accommodations with 7 bedrooms around a common room overlooking the main living room. 2 of these bedrooms have a pair of Queen beds accompanied by 2 Twin Daybeds. The remaining 5 are King bedrooms, one of which is a Primary Suite with a splendid private bath with a soaker tub, shower, and double vanity. Each bedroom enjoys spectacular views of the Gulf or Lagoon, has direct deck access, and a private bathroom. There is also a laundry room and a wet bar, equipped with an undercounter beverage fridge and ice maker, for everyday convenience.
Teens can have their own private refuge on the top floor which features a game room including a foosball table, air hockey table, a large TV, and a kitchenette with a full refrigerator, undercounter ice maker, and a microwave. There are also 2 bunk rooms with 7 built-in Twins each, complemented by 2 full baths. The floor also has a beachfront and lagoon view deck.
Outside, all floors boast expansive decks with 360 degree views which will amaze you. The private hot tub is a perfect touch on the main deck outside the living room, with perfect views of both the sunrise and sunset. On the ground level you'll find a large private heatable pool, and a big outdoor living space. A charcoal grill makes outdoor entertaining a breeze. Last but not least the house has easy access to a private beach with a dune walkover, complemented with an outdoor shower to make cleaning off the sand simple.
This breathtaking beach house is located at the quiet end of West Beach, just a few hundred feet from the Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge.
This property is not available for rental to groups under the age of 25 or for bachelor or bachelorette parties. No events are allowed. For Music Festival dates, a refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required to ensure the property is maintained as expected.
