The main floor has tons of great space for gathering and enjoying your trip together with a large living room and tons of seating! The spacious kitchen features 3 full-size refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens and ranges, a commercial ice machine, a long breakfast bar with drip and Keurig coffee makers, and everything else you’ll need to prepare and serve meals for the whole party. Just off the kitchen, you have a game room with a pool table, smart TV, and arcade games to keep the whole group entertained! There is also a great home theater room with comfortable seating to relax and finish your day at the beach. Finally, there are 3 bedrooms on the main floor starting with a handicap friendly King bedroom with a walk-in shower en suite. A second bedroom features a pair of Twin beds, and the last is a Queen over Queen bunk room. Each of these is complemented by private ensuite baths. There are also 2 half baths, one off the kitchen, and the other by the pool so you don't have to get water and sand inside to use the restroom!
The middle floor is all about bedrooms with 8 of various types to suit all the different people in your group. First are a grand total of 6 King bedrooms each with a private bathroom, 2 of which also boast direct beachfront views. Finally, there are 2 big bunk rooms each with 2 sets of Queen over Queen bunks and a Twin over Twin bunk, and they both have an attached private bathroom. The floor is complete with an intimate beachfront sitting area and 2 laundry closets for everyday usability.
On the top floor, you will find a second living area and lounge space with some spectacular views out to the Gulf and a kitchenette with another full size refrigerator, dishwasher, and bar seating. Just outside is a balcony with gorgeous views and the opportunity to take in the sun and breeze. There is also the final King bedroom with its own private bathroom, as well as a half bathroom for the common space.
Outside, you’ll find plenty of deck space to enjoy the gorgeous sea views or to take in a touch of sun. On the deck just off the main floor living room, you’ll also find your own private heatable pool perfect for taking a cooling, relaxing dip alongside space for outdoor dining and an outdoor bar for a poolside cocktail. These opportunities are enhanced yet further by a charcoal grill perfect for a cookout or beachside barbecue. Finally, just steps of the deck across your dune walkover is a private stretch of sugar-white sand beach, and when you return from your day at the beach an outdoor shower makes washing away the sand a breeze.
Located just 2.2 miles west of Hwy 59, Solo Vista is close to restaurants, shopping, and attractions—while still offering the tranquility of West Beach’s quiet, less crowded shoreline.
This property is not available for rental to groups under the age of 25 or for bachelor or bachelorette parties. For Music Festival dates, a refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required to ensure the property is maintained as expected.
