Sol mate is a wonderful beachfront home accommodating up to 20 guests across 8 bedrooms and 6 baths. Originally designed as a duplex, this house has a surplus of living space and 2 full kitchens to feed your whole crowd, as well as a private pool heatable from October to May for $60 a day. Luxurious touches throughout and spaces ideal for togetherness or intimate moments ensure this home is designed for a relaxing and comfortable beach getaway.

The main floor is perfect for gathering together with two large living and dining areas each with serene ocean views and dedicated full kitchens. Each of these kitchens come fully-equipped with a full refrigerator, a dishwasher, an oven and range, an undercounter ice maker, drip and Keurig coffee makers, and everything else to make preparing and serving meals to your group simple. Going from one side of what was once a duplex is also simple with a passage connecting the living rooms either side. The floor also features 2 King bedrooms each with direct access to a bathroom that also opens to the hall for added convenience.

The top floor of Sol Mate is all about bedrooms with 6 split between the east and west halves of the level. These begin with 2 beachfront King Primary bedrooms each featuring private beachview porches and deluxe baths with double vanities, a tub, and a separate shower. There are also 2 lagoon-view bedrooms with pairs of Queen beds which share a bathroom with the 2 final bedrooms featuring Queen beds. The floor is complete with a laundry closet on each side for a total of 2.

Outside, you’ll find all the pleasures the coast has to offer. First, directly off the living room you’ll find the deck with space to relax and take in the sun, enjoy a cocktail with a view, or dine al fresco. Next you must cool off with a dip in your very own private heatable pool. Beachside barbecue or cook outs are enhanced by a charcoal grill. Finally, just across the dune walkover you’ll find a stretch of gorgeous private white sand beach, and once you finish there is an outdoor shower for added convenience.

Sol Mate is located on West Beach Boulevard, 2.6 miles west of Hwy 59, providing a peaceful retreat close to the heart of Gulf Shores and all it offers but away from crowds and condos.

This property is not available for rental to groups under the age of 25 or for bachelor or bachelorette parties. For Music Festival dates, a refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required to ensure the property is maintained as expected.
