Situated just one mile away from the pristine white sands of the Gulf of Mexico, this home offers an ideal setting for your dream vacation!

Upon entering, you'll discover a generously-sized living room, perfect for gathering with your loved ones and streaming your favorite movies or TV shows on the expansive Smart TV. Transition to the sunroom to bask in the scenic water view, with sunlight streaming through the large windows. The dining area provides ample seating for enjoying a delightful meal prepared in the well-equipped kitchen.

The master suite is equipped with a queen-size bed and two twin-over-twin bunks. Additionally, the master features an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom includes a king-size bed and a sleeper sofa, while the second guest bedroom offers a twin-over-full bunk bed and an additional twin-over-twin bunk bed. The shared guest bathroom features a tub/shower combo. Each bedroom comes complete with a Smart TV for your viewing entertainment and free wi-fi is provided throughout the home.

The entire home is designed to be handicap accessible, featuring a ramp to the front door, grab bars in the tub/shower combo, and a roll-in shower in the master. A shower chair is also available, ensuring you have all the necessary amenities for additional assistance.

All Linens are Washed and Bleached Every Time for the Highest Sanitation Requirements. Gold Star washes our High-Quality Linens before every new Guest's arrival. We mean every bath towel, washcloth, makeup cloth, sheet, blanket, pillow case, and dish towel - EVERY TIME. Gold Star uses the very best commercial washing machines and dryers. All linens are washed in high-heat commercial washers with select EPA and Environmentally Safe detergents and bleach for complete and thorough sanitation. Gold Star has specialized confinement procedures for keeping soiled linens separate from all other linens to assure there is no cross-contamination.

All of our guests deserve the highest standard of professionally cleaned Units by professional cleaners. This has been one of Gold Stars' highest priorities and foundations of our company since entering the industry. Spotlessness equals protection and we are doing everything possible to ensure that your family has the cleanest accommodations possible. Our full-time professional cleaning staff utilizes Eco-Friendly approved chemicals to clean and disinfect before new guests arrive. We do not use Cleaning Companies to clean our properties, our cleaners work for Gold Star and we assign each staff member to the same property stay after stay. You can be certain that our properties are thoroughly disinfected. We launder all linens in high-heat commercial washers and dryers to kill germs and follow specialized processes. Finally, after each clean is completed our professional inspectors follow our cleaning crew to ensure that every condo or beach house is clean and qualifies for Gold Star "White Glove Treatment".
