OWNER MANAGED-communicate directly with the owner! Our beach home has been offered to our guests since January 2008 so we are very familiar with the ins and outs of direct-with-owner renting and want our guests to feel like they are at home.

We require THREE NIGHT MINIIMUM STAYS. WEEKLY SATURDAY to SATURDAY stays only during Spring Break and SUMMER weeks.

During summer months (May 1-August 11) and PRIME Spring Break weeks (March 11-April 14) we rent on a weekly (Saturday-Saturday) basis. Rates vary by season: $1,750.00-$3,000.00 per week please inquire for an accurate rate and possible DEALS available!

Take the opportunity to experience the emerald waters of the Gulf Coast and the comforts of our favorite beach escape. Watch the sun rise and the dolphin play from the spacious beachfront balcony. 

Centrally located in Orange Beach, Alabama, this spacious 3 bedroom/2 bathroom gulf front unit in Pelican Pointe Condominiums sleeps 8 max (8 adults and children including infants total occupancy) and offers breathtaking panoramic beach views with all the comforts of home (perfect for a large family or 2 small families-Golf or Fishing Outing, or even a Girl’s Getaway). Huge flat screen TV in the family room for those beach movie nights or all important sporting events!

Each of the three bedrooms offers new, updated bedding and décor. The master bedroom has new furnishings including a king-sized bed and flat screen TV/DVD. The master offers balcony access, large closet, and private bathroom. A second bedroom offers a queen sized bed, oversized closet, and TV/DVD. The third bedroom houses two queen beds and TV. A  queen-size sleeper sofa is located in the living room. The well-equipped kitchen makes easy work of meal time. There’s also a full-size large capacity HE washer and dryer. 

Convenient to shopping, grocery, and entertainment, all guests will be kept as busy (or not) as they choose. Beachfront large outdoor pool with adjacent children’s pool offers ample lounge chairs. Feel free to enjoy the indoor heated pool with hot tub, petite fitness center, or outdoor tennis court with basketball hoop. Onsite security!

CANCELLATIONS – A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. Final payment must be received to avoid cancellation of reservation and forfeiture of all money(ies) paid. 

MONTHLY RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS – Monthly renters must cancel ninety (90) days prior to check-in. Monthly renters who make a change that results in a shortened stay must be made at least ninety (90) days prior to check-in.
