We offer a king, queen and two sets of adult size twin bunks....perfect for two small families or if you want to bring the grandparents. NO SOFA SLEEPERS~
Feel the colorful coastal! Just feel the happiness the minute you walk into 601A. Owners are from South Louisiana so we offer" Lagniappe' . We are seasoned vacation home owners who know how to make your stay memorable. The unit has been recently remodel with NEW high impact sliding glass doors and new railings. Both of our bathrooms have custom showers & tiled surround with soaker tub. We keep our place updated and freshed! We cater to the families with three private bedrooms that all have gulf views. Master offers a king bed, queen in second bedroom. Third is a bunk room with twin beds for up to 4 children, teens or guests. Sleeps a max of 8 humans in beds (I do not offer a sofabed). Our rates are hundreds less than similar condos on other rental sites. Vacation in luxury in that perfectly comfortable spot while you deal directly with owner/manager. No booking fees or management fees! Our unit has been recently treated and is constantly monitored against any little vermins.
Our kitchen is fully equiped & ready to make meals with new stainless appliances and a guest favorite ~ high capacity standalone icemaker. Make your martini in style at our new bar area with a full bar set with all kinds lots of drinkware & tons of koozies. Enjoy our extras like our FlexBrew coffee station that makes a 12 cup pot or use Keurig pods, Cajun seasonings & spices, rice cooker & a crock pot. Make yourself at home in the comfy living room with plenty of space to watch the Smart TV to log into your Netflix,Hulu, Peacock, Max and Prime accounts or just gaze at the gulf right from one of the swivel rockers. The 6 ways for you to see the water from the wrap around balcony, you'll never get tired that gorgeous gulf! Want to wake up to the sunrise Easy to do from any bedroom. Master bedroom has a plush king mattress with fresh bedding and decor. Guest bedroom boast a comfy queen bed and the kids will love the double bunks. Each bedroom has a flat screen and DVD player in LR ready for those rainy days (bonus ~ we have LOTS games, puzzles and DVDs for the kids our wall unit cabinet). We are experienced condo owners who know that our guest expect a high level of comfort. No carpet anywhere; entire condo has Saltillo tile. Summer House is centrally located near grocery stores, lots restaurants, shopping and fun activities like the The Gulf State Park, OWA Amusement Park & The Wharf.....or maybe The Flora-Bama Walk across the street to Wal-Mart market or breakfast at Waffle House...the new hot CoastAL resturant is within walking distance if you're up to it! Once you're back from the beach, we have a full size wash-dryer to get you ready for the next day. Pickleball & tennis courts/ basketball goal all across the street. We also have BBQ grills available near the parking lot (first come, first us) Bring what you need other than the grill.
No need to fight the restaurants for a beach side table with you can indulge right outside our doors. Dine inside or out right on the corner ~ our favorite place is on our huge balcony for a magical sunrise. Our guests say they favorite place is in one of our glider chairs & loungers facing the beach. Our balcony is HUGE (480 sq feet to be exact!) so lots of space to find lots of Happiness! PLUS we are the only resort on the island that allows for a third vehicle to park on our property across the street!
Ike's Beach Chair/Umbrella set up is right out front of our complex.
We can't allow guest pets of any kind.
We don't rent more than 30 days per guests.
