• One assigned parking spot on the ground level of the parking lot, the second vehicle to park in any unmarked space.
• The parking fee is included in the total amount

Things to know

• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• Please note we don't provide beach towels.
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
• No boats, jet skis, RVs, boat trailers, or trailers of any kind are allowed per association rules
