When you are not outside enjoying the sugar-white sand and surf, take in the gorgeous beach and pool views from the private balcony, or relax in the evenings by the custom-built electric fireplace (with or without heat) in swivel rocking recliners.

We provide extra dining for three at the custom live edge bar. Our queen sleeper hide-a-bed has an upgraded mattress for a comfortable night's rest. Just 10 quick steps up to the first floor with easy direct access from parking. (Note: this unit does not have elevator access). Smart TV with free cable! Free wi-fi! Washer and dryer in unit! The refrigerator in the unit has an ice machine and the building has one as well.

Parking

• You will receive a parking registration email after your reservation is made.
• Parking passes cost $55 per vehicle with a maximum of 2 passes per reservation. Passes can be purchased on-site at the Front Desk once you complete the online registration.

Things to know

• The fitness room is open only at Phoenix IV(4 person max)guest can get a code at Phoenix III.
• Please note we don't provide beach towels
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• There is no elevator in the building.
• Must climb stairs
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
