• Paid parking space at the property ($62.10 with tax per vehicle per week. Maximum of 2 vehicles)

Things to know

• This property has access to a dock with first come first served slip access. Guests wishing to bring a boat MUST register with the association in advance as space is VERY limited. Parking for trailers and access to the boat ramp is a paid service. The cost is $50/day or $300/week plus a $50 transaction fee. Access to these amenities is not available until you have registered. Contact Hosteeva LLC to begin the registration process.
• Boat launch and boat slips are available on-site by request (charges may apply).
• Please note we don't provide beach towels
• Gatherings of more than 6 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
