The primary renter must be 21 years of age or older. This is a non smoking property. No Pets are permitted. Monthly reservations are accepted between January and March 1st. Total parking for 4 vehicles, with 2 covered parking spots under the house.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.
