The main floor revolves around a living room with gorgeous beach views through a 2-story wall of windows. You'll be delighted with the fully-stocked kitchen with a full refrigerator, a dishwasher, oven and range, drip and Keurig coffee makers, and everything else that makes cooking and serving meals a pleasure. The living space is enhanced by a wet bar, boasting an undercounter beverage fridge and icemaker. The floor also has the lion’s share of the bedrooms with 3, including a beachfront King bedroom, another King suite, and a bedroom with a pair of Queens. Each of these boasts a private bath and direct access to the porches. The floor is complete with a half bath and a laundry for added usability.
The house expands with the top floor which is all about the final, 4th bedroom. This bedroom features a pair of queens along with a lofted pair of Twins perfect for a whole family or the younger members of your group. The bedroom also has an attached private bathroom and direct access to a large private porch
Outside you’ll find massive beach and lagoon-facing porches across both levels both open and screened. Across all of these is plenty of extra outdoor living space perfect for taking in the sunshine and beautiful views or enjoying al fresco dining. On the ground floor you’ll find yet more shaded living space with hammocks, plenty of seating, and a charcoal grill perfect for cookouts or beachside barbecue. Best of all, just steps away is a gorgeous stretch of private white sand beach, and when the day is done an outdoor shower makes washing the sand away simple.
Located 5 miles west of the intersection of Gulf Shores Parkway and Beach Boulevard, Seaside Palms sits in a quiet section of West Beach, away from the condos and crowds, yet just minutes from town.
This property is not available for rental to groups under the age of 25 or for bachelor or bachelorette parties. For Music Festival dates, a refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required to ensure the property is maintained as expected.
