The fully equipped kitchen includes updated appliances, cookware, dishes, and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. A beverage cooler provides additional space for keeping drinks cold while leaving room in the refrigerator for groceries. The dining room table seats 6 with room for 4 more on barstools at the kitchen island. 

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
This property participates in our Fresh Bed Program, which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These lightweight coverlets provide a comfortable sleeping experience no matter the season.

The primary bedroom features a king bed and beautiful lagoon views, along with a private bathroom featuring a jetted tub and walk-in shower combination. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each offer a queen bed, while the additional two full bathrooms include bathtub and shower combinations.

PARKING
Parking is available at Lagoon Tower. Maximum of 2 vehicles allowed per reservation. 

PETS
No pets are permitted on this property.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Monthly rental rates are available between November and February.

This property is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. Minimum age requirement to rent is 25 years.

During the spring break season, between March 1 and April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with a government-issued ID.
