The main floor is made for gathering and entertainment with a range of activities for everyone. The open-concept great room features expansive Gulf views and smart TVs, and the large dining space allows everyone to enjoy meals together. The state-of-the-art theater room is perfect for movie nights, while the game room provides hours of entertainment for guests of all ages. The floor also boasts a large gourmet kitchen featuring 2 ovens, 3 refrigerators, drip and Keurig coffee makers, and plenty of counter and pantry space. Additionally, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare and serve large groups. The floors’ gathering spaces are matched by bedrooms with 2 King bedrooms with private bathrooms present. One of these bedrooms has a Queen sleeper sofa as well. The floor is rounded out by 2 half baths, one just off the game room and another poolside, and laundry machines.
The top floor holds the lion’s share of the bedrooms with 10 present. These bedrooms come in various layouts suited for all needs. The floor has 2 King bedrooms with daybeds and trundles along with a King bedroom with a Queen sleeper sofa. There are also 5 more King bedrooms on the floor and each, as well as the other 3 King bedrooms, has a private full bath. The floor also has 2 final double Queen bedrooms, each sleeping 4, with a full bath just across the hall for convenience. This is all rounded out by a seating area and balcony access.
Step outside and experience the ultimate beachfront escape with a private heatable pool with a layout deck and lounge chairs accompanied by a poolside half bath and an outdoor shower for extra convenience. An outdoor dining area with seating for al fresco meals and a charcoal grill is complemented by easy access to the private white sand beach via the private dune walkover. You can also step just outside your bedroom on the top floor and enjoy wonderful sea views and breeze on the second covered porch.

This property is not available for rental to groups under the age of 25 or for bachelor or bachelorette parties. For Music Festival dates, a refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required to ensure the property is maintained as expected.
