This house features a large kitchen, an elevator, and a great room opening out onto the beachfront porch with your own private pool heatable from October to May for an additional $60 per day. This home is designed for comfort, convenience, and luxury, and is one of the few with living and dining areas large enough to seat everyone making it the perfect place for large gatherings.

The main floor is all about gathering. An expansive great room with room for your whole party to sit and enjoy the room’s multiple Smart TVs borders a fully-stocked kitchen with everything needed to prepare and serve meals for a crowd. With 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, dual ovens, 2 microwaves, an undercounter ice maker, drip and Keurig coffee makers, and a tremendous amount of counter space all is accounted for. A half bath rounds out the level.
The middle floor features 4 bedrooms of various kinds for every need. These include 2 beachfront King bedrooms with access to the porch, one with a pair of Queens, and a last with a Queen plus a Twin over Twin bunk. Each of these bedrooms has an accompanying private bath as well as a smart TV. There is also a laundry room on this floor for added convenience.
The top floor offers 4 bedrooms. These include 2 beachfront King bedrooms and 2 with a pair of Queens. One of the King rooms and one with the pair of queens have direct access to the beachfront porch. Each of these bedrooms also has an accompanying private bath as well as a smart TV. There is a second laundry room on this floor for added convenience.
Outside, you'll enjoy a beachfront private heatable pool alongside 3 levels of decks with outdoor seating and dining space. A charcoal grill enhances the entertainment possibilities — cookouts to beachside barbeques await! Access to a private stretch of sugar white sand beach is made easy with a dune walkover, complemented by an outdoor shower.
Located just 3 miles west of Hwy 59, Memory Maker sits a few hundred yards east of Lagoon Pass, a fantastic spot for fishing and wildlife watching as the tides move in and out of the lagoon. The home offers easy access to restaurants and shops while remaining away from high-rise condos and crowded beaches.
This property is not available for rental to groups under the age of 25 or for bachelor or bachelorette parties. For Music Festival dates, a refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required to ensure the property is maintained as expected.
