The main floor is designed for gathering, with a spacious living room featuring smart TVs and easy access to the pool just outside. The dining area offers seating for the whole group between dining tables, bar seating, and a fantastic built-in booth. The kitchen is fully stocked for large-group cooking, including 3 refrigerators, a double range with 2 ovens, a commercial ice machine, 2 microwaves, drip and Keurig coffee makers, a generous pantry, and all other essentials for serving and preparing. The floor also features a Queen bedroom with a private bath and a bunk bedroom with 2 Twin bunk beds sleeping 4 and a private bath. A half bath and laundry room complete this level.
The middle floor is dedicated entirely to sleeping accommodations. There are 4 King bedrooms each with a private bath. 2 of these boast beach views and overlook the pool deck. A final bedroom with 2 Queen beds sleeping 4, also with a private bath.
The top floor features entertainment options for everyone, but is perfectly suited to the young ones in your group. The floor starts with a theater room featuring comfortable reclining seats for 9, perfect for movie nights. It also features a game room offering a pool table, tabletop arcade game, and 4 built-in sleeping nooks. Right off the game room, you'll find a bedroom with 2 Queen bunk beds sleeping up to 8 with its own private bath. A hall bath and laundry room are also conveniently located on this floor.
Outside, enjoy great beach and Gulf Shores views from the rooftop terrace! Hangout Vista also features a private heatable pool with a large deck and a convenient poolside bathroom to make going from pool to house and back a breeze. The deck’s dining and sitting space is also complemented by a charcoal grill. Parking for 6 vehicles, 3 under the house and 3 in front of the house is also included
Located in Gulf Shores, AL right across the street from the main public beach and just a few steps from the famous Hangout, the Pink Pony Pub and everywhere you want to go in the center of Gulf Shores! It is the perfect location to attend events at Gulf Place including the NCAA Women Beach Volleyball Championship, Annual National Shrimp Festival, Boots in the Sand Music Festival (formerly the Hangout Music Festival) and more.
This property is not available for rental to groups under the age of 25 or for bachelor or bachelorette parties. For Music Festival dates, a refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required to ensure the property is maintained as expected.
