This home begins on the first floor with a rare amenity; a two car garage perfect for easy parking, loading, and unloading. The floor continues with the first bedroom, a King suite that opens directly onto the pool deck with a private bathroom which also provides easy access to the pool. This room also boasts a Queen Murphy bed for added sleeping capacity. The floor is complete with a screened porch and a large laundry room.
Upstairs, the cornerstone of the middle floor is the TV-equipped family room with seating and dining space for another, more intimate, option when gathering or entertaining. Beyond this, the floor boasts 4 King bedrooms each enhanced by a private bath. 2 of these are further enhanced by direct access to the beachfront porch.
The top floor is all about gathering with an open concept great room stretching from kitchen to dining and living areas all boosted by gorgeous sea views. These spaces are spacious and provide seating for your whole group with a large sectional couch, chairs, and a Smart TV for gathering and a large round table and extra bar seating for dining together. The well-stocked kitchen is ideal for preparing and serving meals for your whole party with a full refrigerator and a beverage refrigerator, an oven and range, a dishwasher, an undercounter ice maker, drip and Keurig coffee makers, and everything else you'll need. A Primary King bedroom with a Twin Daybed and Trundle, direct porch access, and a deluxe private bath complete the sleeping accommodations. A hall half bath adds convenience for the floor.
Outside you’ll love the porches across all levels and both the south and north sides of the house. Every possibility from intimate relaxation to al fresco dining with a Gulf view is provided for. A great screened porch on the lowest level provides yet more comfort and relaxation. The deck just off the porch offers even more luxury with a private heatable pool surrounded by lounge chairs for a breeze-filled sunbath capped off by a cool dip in the pool. A charcoal grill on the ground floor expands the possibilities with promises of beachside barbecue. Finally, the dune walkover leads you directly to your own stretch of private white sand beach. An outdoor shower makes returning from that beach easy.
Located at Kiva Dunes, a neighborhood boasting a nationally ranked golf course, neighborhood pools and tennis courts, and one of the last stretches of natural dunes along the Gulf coast, you’ll enjoy the feeling of being away from it all. Then travel mere moments and pop over to the Kiva Dunes Lodge for lunch, visit The Beach Club Resort and Spa at 925 Beach Club Trail for dinner or for a massage. Given the large private beachfront pool and hot tub at Kiva Grand, we are not members of the Kiva Dunes Beach Club which was built to offer those not staying at beachfront homes an opportunity to relax by a beachfront pool. You'll have your own!
This property is not available for rental to groups under the age of 25 or for bachelor or bachelorette parties. For Music Festival dates, a refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required to ensure the property is maintained as expected.
