The heart of the main floor is a spacious great room with beautiful views of the Gulf and room for everyone to dine and gather together. An amazing kitchen completes the great room and is equipped with a full refrigerator, an oven, a dishwasher, a beverage fridge, and drip and Keurig coffee makers alongside everything else you’ll need to prepare and serve meals for the whole group. Upstairs on the top floor, you'll find 3 more bedrooms, each with a private bath and a TV. These include a Queen bedroom overlooking the pool, a bunkroom with 2 Twin-over-Full bunks, and a wonderful beachfront primary King suite. The King suite has a private beachfront porch where you can enjoy the views and a deluxe bath with a separate tub and shower, a double vanity, and a private water closet. You'll also find an intimate living space that is perfect for the kids to relax or to hook up their games. The laundry room on the floor adds convenience.
Outside you’ll treasure the beachfront porches that span both levels, each a perfect place to enjoy the sea breeze, Gulf views, and outdoor dining. On the ground floor, beachside barbecue is made easy with outdoor living space enhanced by a picnic table and a charcoal grill. On the north side of the home you'll enjoy your own private pool, complete with a waterfall feature and lounge chairs. It is, unfortunately, unheatable, but it remains a perfect place to cool off or take a break from the sand and salt. The real star of the show is a private stretch of enchanting white sand beach lying just a few easy steps over the dune walkover, and when you return an outdoor shower under the house guarantees ease when tidying up.
Located in the quiet West Beach area of Gulf Shores, approximately 4 miles west of Hwy 59, Sea Blue offers a tranquil setting while remaining close to local restaurants, shops, and attractions.
This property is not available for rental to groups under the age of 25 or for bachelor or bachelorette parties. For Music Festival dates, a refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required to ensure the property is maintained as expected.
