The main floor begins with an enormous great room with floor-to-ceiling sea views, an expansive living area, a 16' dining table that seats 16-20 guests, and even more seating at the kitchen island. The well-equipped kitchen features abundant counter space, 2 stoves, 2 dishwashers, 2 full refrigerators, drip and Keurig coffee makers, and everything else needed to prepare and serve meals for large groups. This level also includes 2 beachfront King bedrooms. The east bedroom boasts a private porch and a fantastic bath with a double vanity, separate bathtub and shower, and a water closet. The west bedroom also features a private bath. A poolside half bath and a laundry room round out the floor.
The middle opens on another expansive living room with plenty of seating, game room functionality through a foosball table, a wet bar with another coffee maker and an undercounter beverage fridge, and an adjoining hall bathroom. This extra space is further improved by views that span from the Gulf in the south to Little Lagoon in the north. On the floor, there are also 4 beachfront bedrooms, 2 Kings and 2 with a pair of Queens, which all boast private baths and access to beachfront porches. The nearest bedroom to the elevator, the west King, has a handicap friendly bath. The level is finished with a laundry room.
The top floor is anchored around a spacious light-filled family room. This offers a space for relaxation and entertainment and is enhanced by a wet bar with an undercounter beverage fridge. A final 3 beachfront bedrooms lie on this floor: 2 King suites with built-in XL Twin Daybeds and 1 bedroom with a pair of Queen beds, all with private baths. The sleeping accommodations are complete with a sleeping nook with 2 built-in XL Twin Daybeds and 2 XL Twin Trundles adjoining a full hall bath. A final touch is another laundry room for added convenience.
Outside, the main floor deck and its upstairs sister offer breathtaking sea-views from space perfect for relaxation or al fresco dining. Just a few steps further, a private heatable pool begs to be enjoyed for a refreshing dip or poolside lounging. Underneath the house, the possibilities expand with a picnic table, a large charcoal grill, and expansive shaded seating and living space. Then, just across the dune walkover, a wide private stretch of enchanting white sand beach calls out with sun, sand, and sea. Returning to the home satisfied is ensured by an outdoor shower.

This property is not available for rental to groups under the age of 25 or for bachelor or bachelorette parties. For Music Festival dates, a refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required to ensure the property is maintained as expected.
