The main floor is anchored by an expansive living area perfect for gathering and entertainment with plenty of seating and a smart TV. The large kitchen is outfitted with everything needed for prepping and serving meals for large groups and is equipped with 2 sinks, 2 refrigerators, 2 stoves, 3 dishwashers, an undercounter icemaker, drip and Keurig coffee makers, and adjoining pantry space. The dining space fits many with a large table for 16+ and bar seating for more. This space is enhanced by a wet bar with another undercounter icemaker and dual beverage fridges. This floor also has 5 bedrooms, each with a private bath. There are 2 beachfront King bedrooms, one with a private porch and another with direct access to the pool deck. The east King bedroom’s bathroom is also handicap accessible. There are also 3 lagoon-view bedrooms, the first with a King bed, the second with a pair of Queen beds, the third with a King bed. The floor is complete with a large laundry room for added convenience.
The top floor is centered on a family room with another smart TV, game room functionality with a foosball table, direct porch access, and a wet bar with a microwave and a beverage fridge. The second floor’s main purpose is fulfilled by 7 bedrooms, each with its own bath. There are 4 beachfront bedrooms, 2 of which have a pair of Queen beds and access to the shared porch. The other 2 have a King and a Twin daybed and private porch. There are 3 lagoon-view bedrooms, 2 with King beds, the 3rd has a pair of Queens. There is finally a 2nd laundry and a powder room to round out the floor.
Outside, Morning Glory boasts a private heatable pool on an expansive deck with plenty of space for lounging in the sun and dining al fresco. Looking out over the pool is another porch with more room for taking in the panoramic beach views and the refreshing breeze. Under the house you’ll find more dining and seating space accompanied by charcoal grills for beachside barbecues and cookouts and hammocks for enhanced relaxation. Last but certainly not least, a dune walkover, with an outdoor shower for ease, makes it simple to spend wonderful, sun-filled days on your own stretch of private beach.

This property is not available for rental to groups under the age of 25 or for bachelor or bachelorette parties. For Music Festival dates, a refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required to ensure the property is maintained as expected.
