The main floor has a large open living room that opens to a beachfront porch with a pool. It also has a graciously appointed, granite and stainless kitchen complete with 2 refrigerators, 2 stoves, 3 dishwashers, drip and Keurig coffee makers, and everything else needed to serve and prepare meals for large groups. This is complemented by ample pantry space in cabinetry just off the kitchen. The living space on this level is complete with a dining area, a breakfast bar with stools, and a wet bar with beverage fridge and ice maker. You'll also find 4 bedrooms on this floor. The first of these is a large primary King bedroom with direct access to the pool deck and a luxurious en suite bathroom. There is also a King bedroom with a private beachfront porch and a handicap accessible bath, a King with Little Lagoon views and a private bathroom, and a lagoon view bedroom with a pair of Queens and a private bathroom. The floor is complete with a laundry room and a hall bathroom for added convenience.
The top floor is centered on a family room with another large smart TV, a wet bar with a beverage fridge and microwave, and game room functionality with a foosball table. Around this are a total of 7 bedrooms, each with its own bath. Of these, 2 King bedrooms and 2 rooms with a pair of Queens boast access to beachfront porches and beautiful sea views. 2 more King bedrooms and another double Queen room feature wonderful lagoon views. The floor is rounded out with a second laundry room and a half bath.
Outdoors, you’ll enjoy large covered porches across both levels, culminating in a large covered beachfront porch with a private heatable pool, lounge chairs, outdoor dining space, and more. You'll also find a large area under the house with swings, hammocks, a charcoal grilling area and room to relax in the shade. Just off the pool deck, easy access to your own stretch of private white sand beach is ensured with a dune walkover, and the sand is easy to wash away with an outdoor shower.
Morning Breeze is located in the West Beach area of Gulf Shores, 5.7 miles west of the intersection where Gulf Shores Parkway ends at Beach Boulevard.
This property is not available for rental to groups under the age of 25 or for bachelor or bachelorette parties. For Music Festival dates, a refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required to ensure the property is maintained as expected.
