Morning Breeze is a 10 bedroom plus bunkroom, 11.5 bath beachfront home with a private pool heatable from October to May for an additional $60 per day, an elevator, and more. You may remember the original Morning Breeze on the lagoon. We enhanced it, adding 4 more bedrooms plus a bunkroom and luxury touches throughout, and now all 3 levels offer spacious living areas with panoramic views stretching from the Gulf to Little Lagoon.

The main floor features a large living area with views spanning from the Gulf to Little Lagoon, a 16' long dining table to seat a crowd, and a spacious kitchen with 2 refrigerators, 2 ranges, 3 dishwashers, drip and Keurig coffee makers, and lots of counter space with 1 large island. All of these features and its fully-stocked cabinets make it perfectly suited to preparing and serving meals to large groups. There is a nearby wet bar with an undercounter icemaker, a beverage fridge and more. You'll find a large pantry/laundry, a half bath, and the beachfront primary King bedroom complete with direct access to the covered porch and a lovely handicap accessible bath featuring a double vanity and separate tub and shower.
The middle floor is centered on a large family room with extra room for seating and dining along with a wet bar housing a beverage fridge and a microwave. The family room also opens onto the lagoon-view porch. The floor is complete with a selection of 4 bedrooms plus a bunkroom. These include 3 King bedrooms and one with a pair of Queens, each with a private bath and direct access to the beachside porch. The bunkroom has 2 XL Twin beds, looks out on lagoon views, and has an adjoining hall bathroom. A laundry room rounds out the floor.
The top floor also has a large family room which includes another wet bar, with a beverage fridge and microwave, and game room functionality with a foosball table. The floor also finishes the sleeping accommodations with 5 bedrooms. 4 of these, 3 King bedrooms and one with a pair of Queens, all open onto the beachfront porch. A final double Queen bedroom looks out over the lagoon. Each of these bedrooms have a private bathroom, and the floor is complete with a hall half bath and a laundry room.
Just outside, you’ll find beachfront porches across all levels culminating in a deck off the main floor with a private heatable pool alongside space for seating and outdoor dining. Right off the deck, a beach walkover provides easy access to your own stretch of private beach and an outdoor shower for convenience when coming back from the sand. Finally, under the house your experience is complete with a charcoal grill and beach chairs to take to the beach.
Morning Breeze is located in the West Beach area of Gulf Shores, 5.4 miles west of the intersection where Gulf Shores Parkway ends at Beach Boulevard.
This property is not available for rental to groups under the age of 25 or for bachelor or bachelorette parties. For Music Festival dates, a refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required to ensure the property is maintained as expected.
