Milty's Martini is a luxury beachfront vacation home, formerly known as Life O'Reilly. You'll be thrilled with the private pool heatable from October to May for an additional $60 per day, the newly expanded kitchen, the second laundry room, and the fact that each of the 7 bedrooms has a private bath. Accommodating up to 17 guests, it is a perfect home for a large family gathering or reunion, or a retreat with friends. Large living areas provide plenty of room for relaxing together but you'll also enjoy spacious bedrooms and gathering areas on each floor.

The main floor has a large open living room with a huge, graciously appointed kitchen, dining area, breakfast bar with stools & more. The fully-stocked kitchen has everything you’ll need to prepare and serve meals for large groups alongside such features as 2 dishwashers, 2 full refrigerators, 2 ovens, drip and Keurig coffee makers, and a massive island. A bar with an undercounter beverage fridge and ice maker complement. Milty's Martini has all of the comforts you'll want. The main floor also has a primary King bedroom that opens to the beachfront porch and has an expansive bath with a shower that includes body sprays and a rainhead. On the main floor you'll also have a laundry room and half bath.
The middle floor centers on a family room with a smart TV for extra relaxation. Around this are a total of 4 King bedrooms, each with a private bath. There are 3 beachfront King bedrooms opening directly to the big beachfront porch, and a lagoon-view King bedroom. A second, large laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers completes this level.
The top floor opens with a dedicated gathering space with a smart TV perfect for intimate gatherings. There are also 2 spacious bedrooms, each with King and Twin beds and an en suite bathroom. One of these bedrooms has direct access to a private beachfront porch and the other looks out over Little Lagoon.
Outdoors, Milty's offers 3 levels of beachfront decks with outdoor seating, dining, lounge chairs and the private heated pool. On the ground floor you'll find an additional large covered area with a charcoal grill. There is also a beach walkover, with an outdoor shower for added convenience, through your backyard dunes & sea oats for easy access to your own stretch of private sugar white sand beach. You'll even find an extra refrigerator in the ground level foyer so you can keep beverages cold just steps from the beach and within reach of any barbeque!
Just 3.7 miles from Hwy 59, Milty’s Martini provides easy access to restaurants and shops while still sitting in relaxing surroundings. The home is also just minutes from Lagoon Pass, a fantastic spot for fishing and wildlife watching as well as public access to the beach and the lagoon.
This property is not available for rental to groups under the age of 25 or for bachelor or bachelorette parties. For Music Festival dates, a refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required to ensure the property is maintained as expected.
