This custom-designed property comes with an elevator and a private pool heatable from October to May for an additional $60 per day. Sitting on a stretch of pristine sugar-white sand, this spacious retreat provides breathtaking views and plenty of privacy, making it perfect for families, friends, or special occasions.

On the main floor, the expansive great room offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, ideal for relaxing and gathering together. The fully-equipped kitchen features modern appliances, generous counter space, and ample seating, ensuring effortless meal preparation and service for large groups. Some of these appliances include dual full refrigerators, an undercounter beverage fridge and ice maker in a bar area, drip and Keurig coffee makers, and more. This level also includes 3 King bedrooms each with a private bath— one of which is handicap accessible — along with a laundry room for added convenience. Finally, this floor has a poolside bath for easy access from the outdoor areas.
The top floor features 5 additional bedrooms. Sleeping accommodations include one King bedroom and 2 double Queen rooms each with a private bath and access to a beachfront balcony. Additionally, the floor contains 2 more double Queen rooms featuring private baths and gorgeous beach and lagoon views. A family room provides the perfect spot for unwinding, watching TV, or enjoying a quiet retreat, while a wet bar offers easy access to refreshments and snacks with an undercounter beverage fridge, an extra coffee maker, and a microwave. A second laundry room makes longer stays even more convenient.
Just outside, both levels of Coastal Comfort feature expansive beachfront porches with unobstructed Gulf views, and the main floor boasts covered areas ideal for outdoor dining and lounging beside the private heatable pool. Outdoor entertaining is made easy with a large charcoal grill for cookouts, a long picnic table perfect, and a ping pong table. Via the private dune walkover, complemented with an outdoor shower, guests also enjoy direct access to a stretch of private beach perfect for swimming, sunbathing, or taking long walks along the shore.
Coastal Comfort, located on West Beach Boulevard 6.3 miles west of Hwy 59 in Gulf Shores, enjoys complete serenity. Placed across from empty conservation land, this house offers unobstructed views at all angles and total peace at all times.
This property is not available for rental to groups under the age of 25 or for bachelor or bachelorette parties. For Music Festival dates, a refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required to ensure the property is maintained as expected.
