The main floor of Aqua Therapy features a spacious great room and a well-equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, including a huge refrigerator, twin ovens with eight burners, a large pantry, and a wet bar with an undercounter ice maker, a wine fridge, a beverage fridge, and drip and Keurig coffee makers. Beyond this, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare and serve meals for large groups. This level also includes 2 beachfront primary King bedrooms, each with an en suite bath featuring a soaking tub, a separate shower, and ample vanity space. The east bath is handicap accessible, with a low shower threshold that is roll-in-able. Additionally, there is a cozy lagoon-view nook with a daybed and a full bath next to it, as well as one of the 3 laundry rooms, which includes an additional refrigerator and a commercial ice machine.
The middle floor offers a large family room complete with a wet bar, with a beverage fridge and a microwave, and plenty of seating, including 2 built-in daybeds that can double as extra sleeping space or an extra-long sofa. This floor also has 2 more primary King bedrooms mirroring the ones on the main floor, another beachfront King bedroom with glass doors opening to the porch and a private bath, a bunkroom with 4 XL Twin beds and privacy doors, a second laundry room, and a full hall bath.
On the top floor, you will find 2 additional King bedrooms, one beach-facing and one lagoon-facing, each with a large private bath that includes a double vanity and shower. The views from this level are truly breathtaking, adding to the home's allure.
Outside, guests can enjoy a broad stretch of beach with beautiful sugar-white sand, accessible by a dune walkover, and a big, beautiful private heatable pool. The deck around the pool is the perfect place to relax or dine al fresco with lounge chairs and spacious tables. Dining and relaxing are enhanced by a charcoal grill and outdoor shower respectively. This home is ideal for a family getaway or a peaceful retreat with friends, offering a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and stunning views all from the expansive decks on each level.

This property is not available for rental to groups under the age of 25 or for bachelor or bachelorette parties. For Music Festival dates, a refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required to ensure the property is maintained as expected.
