This level also includes two beachfront primary King bedrooms, each with an en suite bath featuring a soaking tub, a separate shower, and ample vanity space. The east bath is handicap accessible, with a low shower threshold that is roll-in able. Additionally, there is a cozy lagoon-view nook with a daybed and a full bath next to it, as well as one of the three laundry rooms, which includes an additional refrigerator and a commercial ice machine.
The middle floor offers a large family room complete with a wet bar and plenty of seating, including two built-in daybeds that can double as extra sleeping space or an extra-long sofa. This floor also has two more primary King bedrooms mirroring the ones on the main floor, another beachfront King bedroom with glass doors opening to the porch and a private bath, a bunkroom with four XL twin beds and privacy doors, a second laundry room, and a full hall bath.
On the top floor, you will find two additional King bedrooms, one beach-facing and one lagoon-facing, each with a large private bath that includes a double vanity and shower. The views from this level are truly breathtaking, adding to the home's allure.
Outside, guests can enjoy a broad stretch of beach with beautiful sugar-white sand, a dune walkover, and a big, beautiful private pool. Aqua Therapy also features smart TVs throughout and free Wi-Fi for added convenience. This home is ideal for a family getaway or a peaceful retreat with friends, offering a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and stunning views.
This property is not available for rental to groups under the age of 25 or for bachelor or bachelorette parties. For the Hangout Music Festival, a $1000 refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required to ensure the property is maintained as expected.
