On the main floor, you'll find spacious living and dining areas with room for the whole family. This is complemented by a fabulous kitchen, fully-stocked with everything for serving large groups, with granite countertops and top-of-the-line appliances including dual dishwashers, an oversized oven, and drip and Keurig coffee makers. This floor also includes the primary beachfront King bedroom which comes with an amazing en suite bathroom. This bathroom boasts a double vanity, a shower, a whirlpool tub, as well as a water closet and a spacious closet. A laundry closet and a half bath make the space all the more convenient and comfortable.
The top floor is equipped with 5 bedrooms of various kinds to accommodate everyone. These include 2 beachfront King suites with en suite bathrooms and access to the beachfront balcony as well as a beachfront bunk room which boasts 2 Twin-over-Full bunks and a private bath. Also on this floor are 2 Lagoon-view bedrooms, one King suite and one with a pair of Queens, both equipped with a private bath. This level comes with a second laundry room and a full wet bar featuring an undercounter ice maker and beverage fridge for added versatility.
Outside, guests can indulge in a spacious deck and a stunning heatable infinity pool with wonderful panoramic ocean views perfect for relaxation and a refreshing bit of sunshine. This deck also has everything needed for dining and gathering for the whole family to enjoy with tables and a charcoal grill. This home also features a private dune walkover, which grants direct access to a stretch of beautiful, private white sand beach and is complemented by an outdoor shower for added convenience.
Located on West Beach Boulevard, just 5.8 miles west of Hwy 59, this home is situated on a quiet, private stretch of beach, making it perfect for a peaceful, relaxing getaway.
This property is not available for rental to groups under the age of 25 or for bachelor or bachelorette parties. For Music Festival dates, a refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required to ensure the property is maintained as expected.
