This house features everything you’ll need for relaxation and fun with a private pool heatable from October to May for $60 a day, an elevator, an expansive living and dining area, a game room, a theater room, and luxury touches throughout. Complemented by a handicap-friendly bedroom and bathroom, this home is perfect for large gatherings of the entire family or all your friends.

The main floor features a huge great room with plenty of space for everyone to eat and gather together. The kitchen features 3 full size refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, 2 ranges, a large commercial ice machine just off the kitchen, and a long breakfast bar. Drip and Keurig coffee makers alongside all the other essentials needed for preparing and serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, make this space perfect for cooking for the entire group. You'll find a game room with billiards, a shuffleboard table, and a video game table. Downstairs, there are also 3 full sized arcade games in the entry hall. Beyond that you'll find a theater room with comfortable seating ideal for movie nights. Just off the theater room are 3 bedrooms including a handicap accessible King bedroom and private bath with a roll-in shower, a second King bedroom with a private, and a bunkroom room with a Full-over-Full bunk and a private bathroom. There are also 2 half baths on this floor, one off the kitchen and another poolside.
The top floor holds the majority of the bedrooms with 8 to choose from, all with private baths. These start with 2 beachfront king bedrooms with direct access to the porch and an adjoining sitting area. 3 of the remaining bedrooms are King suites and another boasts a pair of Queen beds. The 2 final bedrooms offer a Queen bed complemented by a Full-over-Full bunk and a Twin-over-Twin bunk and a private bathroom with double vanities and a water closet. The floor is rounded out with 2 laundry closets for everyday convenience.
Step outside and you’ll enjoy a porch overlooking the expansive poolside deck. The deck boasts space for dining, relaxing, and fun with a table and bar for al fresco dining, a private heatable pool, and chairs and loungers for taking in the sun and breeze. A charcoal grill and more stairs on the ground floor enhance the possibilities for cookouts or beachside barbecues. A stretch of private beach and all the beachside joy you could want are just steps away across the dune walkover. Washing off the salt and sand are a breeze with an outdoor shower and the poolside half bath.
Resting Beach Place is located on West Beach Boulevard, 2.2 miles west of Hwy 59, mere moments away from all that Gulf Shores has to offer.
This property is not available for rental to groups under the age of 25 or for bachelor or bachelorette parties. For Music Festival dates, a refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required to ensure the property is maintained as expected.
