The main floor begins with plenty of living space for everyone to gather and dine together. A kitchen serves this space with 2 full size refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, an undercounter icemaker, a long breakfast bar, drip and Keurig coffee makers, and everything else needed to serve and prepare meals for the whole party. There are also 3 bedrooms across the floor. The first of these is the beachfront Primary King bedroom which has a Twin daybed and Trundle, access to the porch, and luxurious bathroom with a double vanity, a jacuzzi tub, and a separate shower. Next are a beachfront King Bedroom with access to a beachfront porch and a Twin daybed and Trundle, and there is a lagoonview Queen bedroom with a Twin daybed. Both are complemented by a private bath. You'll also find a half bath and laundry on this floor.
The top floor is all about bedrooms with 7 more. The first of these is the beachfront Upstairs King Suite with a Twin daybed and Trundle, access to the porch, and another spacious bathroom featuring double vanity, a jacuzzi tub, and a separate shower. There are 4 more beachfront King bedrooms, each with access to the beachfront porch and a bathroom and 2 with additional Twin daybeds and Trundles. There is a final lagoon-view bedroom with a private bath, and there is a bunkroom with a Twin over Full bunk with access to a shared bathroom. The floor is complemented by a second laundry room for added convenience.
Outside you’ll find decks across the width and both floors of the house with plenty of space for relaxing and outdoor dining culminating in a private heatable pool. Below the house you’ll find more shaded gathering space with charcoal grills to enhance your al fresco dining. Best of all, your own stretch of private sugar white sand beach is just steps away across the dune walkover. And when the day’s done, the outdoor shower makes finishing your beach trip simple.
Shore Thing is located on West Beach Boulevard, 5.9 miles west of Hwy 59 on a 100' stretch of quiet private beach. The perfect place for a peaceful vacation yet mere minutes from the best attractions Gulf Shores has to offer.
This property is not available for rental to groups under the age of 25 or for bachelor or bachelorette parties. For Music Festival dates, a refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required to ensure the property is maintained as expected.
