The main floor is centered around a spacious open-concept living room. This includes a gathering area perfect for gathering everyone together with plenty of seating and a large smart TV and dining space for your whole group with 2 tables suited for 10+ people and extra high top seating. These spaces are further enhanced by a wet bar boasting an undercounter icemaker, beverage fridge, an extra dishwasher, a complement of glassware, and drip and Keurig coffee makers for making any refreshment you want. The living area is complete with a gourmet kitchen featuring 2 full refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens and ranges, plenty of counter space, and everything else you’ll need to easily cook and serve meals for your entire party. The floor continues with a King Suite featuring a private bathroom and a private beachfront porch, and the floor is complete by a hall half bath and a laundry room.
The middle floor begins with a second living room with a large smart TV and a wet bar with a beverage fridge. Beyond that, the floor boasts 6 bedrooms of various types. First of these is a bedroom with a pair of Queen beds which also boasts a private beachfront porch and a private bathroom. There is also a beachfront bunkroom for 3 with 3 built-in XL Twins and a private bathroom. Finally there are 4 beachfront King bedrooms which all have private baths and access to either an expansive shared porch or an intimate private porch. Another laundry room adds convenience to the floor.
The top level has a third large living room with a large smart TV for another, more intimate options for gathering. There are also 2 final bedrooms each with 2 XL Twins over 2 Queens, sleeping up to 6, access to the beachfront porch, and a deluxe bathroom with a large vanity area with a triple sink, plus a private shower and toilet room, and a separate tub and toilet. Essentially, each of these rooms has two bathrooms so lots of people can be getting ready at the same time!
Outside, you'll enjoy the expansive covered porches spanning huge portions of all 3 floors all with lots of outdoor seating and dining space culminating in the deck off the main floor with a lovely private heatable pool perfect for lounging beside or cooling off from the summer sun. The outdoor dining possibilities expand with charcoal grills under the house ideal for beachside barbecue. Finally, just over a dune walkover is your own private stretch of sugar-white sand beach, and an outdoor shower makes washing away the sand and getting back to relaxing simple.
Southern Holiday is located 5.6 miles west of Hwy 59 and the center of Gulf Shores on a serene stretch of coast boasting spectacular views of both the Gulf and Little Lagoon
This property is not available for rental to groups under the age of 25 or for bachelor or bachelorette parties. For Music Festival dates, a refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required to ensure the property is maintained as expected.
