The main floor features a living and dining area with Gulf views and abundant space to gather for entertainment and eating meals together. The dining space, in particular, boasts 2 full dining tables seating 20+ alongside extra bar seating. A large kitchen rounds out the space with 2 full refrigerators, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, an undercounter icemaker, a coffee bar with drip and Keurig coffee makers and a microwave, and all the other essentials needed to prepare and serve meals for large groups. The floor also has a beachfront King bedroom with a private bath and a private porch. The floor is complete with a laundry and a poolside bathroom for your comfort and convenience.
The middle level opens with a family room for more intimate gatherings. A couple built-in Twin bunks, with curtains that offer privacy, adjoin the family room and offer another sleeping option. The floor also has 4 beachfront bedrooms. 2 of these bedrooms, a King bedroom and another with a pair of Queens, offer private baths and private porch access. The other 2 bedrooms with pairs of Queen beds also have private baths and access to the beachfront shared porch.
A large laundry room and an additional full bath add everyday usability to your stay.
The top floor centers on a game room for more gathering and entertainment options. A wet bar with an undercounter beverage fridge and a half bath enhance the possibilities yet further. 3 more beachfront bedrooms wrap up the accommodations for the house. One of these bedrooms has a pair of Queen beds and the 2 others have Kings. All of these are enhanced by private baths and access to a shared porch.
Outside, you’ll first find beachfront porches across all levels overlooking the gorgeous Gulf and a sizable pool deck just off the main floor living room. The deck hosts a private heatable pool alongside space for relaxation and outdoor dining. Underneath on the ground floor, a big charcoal grill, a picnic table and more shaded living space offer the perfect place for outdoor barbecues, gatherings, and relaxation. Finally, just across the dune walkover with an outdoor shower, lies a broad stretch of private, white sand beach making long days of sea, sun, and sand just a step away.
Located in a serene section of the West Beach area of Gulf Shores, 6.1 miles from Hwy 59, with conservation land across the street, you’ll reside in private luxury while still being minutes away from local restaurants, shops, and attractions.
This property is not available for rental to groups under the age of 25 or for bachelor or bachelorette parties. For Music Festival dates, a refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required to ensure the property is maintained as expected.
