West Beach Boulevard is the premium neighborhood in the Gulf Shores. Away from the big condo buildings, guests can enjoy their own private luxury beach vacation while choosing to be as close or as far away from the crowds. Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. 

***PLEASE NOTE: This is not a spring break property, and spring breakers are not welcome. The minimum age to book is 25 years old. If you book under false pretenses, you will be denied access to the house with no refund. Liability waiver and guest rules agreement will have to be signed prior to arrival at the property. 
We will place a $500 security hold on your credit card to cover incidentals that is released after checkout if no damage is reported by cleaners
We require a Damage Protection Waiver Policy to be purchased for every stay at a cost of $79 per booking***
