But once inside your private condominium, you'll appreciate your quiet balcony space that boasts one of the most beautiful Gulf views in Orange Beach. See the sun rise as you sip your morning cup of tea or coffee, or finally dive into that book you just haven't had time to read. Your balcony is also a great place to watch loved ones enjoy the beach, build sandcastles and frolic in the Gulf waters. Your private balcony, accessible from the light-infused living room and serene Gulf-front master bedroom, is also a great place to extend your group's dining space.
There are two elevators to make accessing upper floors easy, but should you select a ground-floor property, your patio is fronted by a manicured lawn area and the beautiful outdoor pool that's just steps away.
Take a break from the sun at the amply sized indoor pool, hot tub and sauna. Nearby, a barbecue patio featuring multiple stainless steel grills and concrete picnic tables will entice you to dine outdoors. For those who choose to stay in shape during your vacation, an on-site fitness room is outfitted with multiple pieces of equipment.

Parking notes: Parking passes are purchased on-site, with a limit of 2 vehicles maximum. Attendants accept CREDIT CARD, or DEBIT CARD. After hours, if there is no attendant, Guests MUST Sign-In & pick-up passes immediately the following morning. Parking Pass Rates are determined by the HOA and are subject to change at any time without notice. No RV's, trailers, or watercraft allowed on-site. If you have questions about passes, parking or other information, please see on-site attendant.
Romar Place Rules: Children 12 and under have to be with an adult at all times
Children12 and under cannot use the Hot tub. Beverages and food cannot be in the INDOOR pool area. Beverages or food cannot be on the EDGE (perimeter) of outdoor pool or inside pool
Children 16 and older are allowed in the gym and sauna
Use provided grils only in grill area
Smoking is NOT allowed in the condos,elevators, or pool areas. It is allowed on the WEST side of the property in the 2 designated areas. ( BBQ grill area)
DO NOT take CARTS inside condo
DO NOT hang towels, clothing or ANYTHING from balcony
NOTHING CAN BE LEFT IN HALLWAY BY FRONT ENTRANCE OF CONDO
